Fill out an Adoption Application

Raven is now out of the shelter and in a foster home. Yeah! She is approximately 40 lbs underweight so we are waiting to spay her until she is in better health. She will be spayed before an adoption takes place. We want potential adopters to see her and know she will be available in the near future. She is a sweet gentle girl. She gets along with other dogs and is fine with strangers. We do not know her history, but that she is timid in a new environment until she is comfortable, which is about a week. She stays out of activities until she is sure she is welcome to be included. Please consider this sweet girl who needs a stable and forever home.

Adoption Donations: Please know that 100% of our funds are used for vetting the dogs. Our rescue policy requires the following: *All references must be checked before any visitation of the dog is permintted at the foster home. *A visit to the applicant's home when all members are present. *Homes with small children must have a fenced yard. *Any dog(s) in the applicant's home must have an introductory meeting with the rescue dog being applied for before any adoption can be completed.
