Jerry is a 4 year old sheperd/husky mix taken from deplorable, neglectful conditions.
At the time we picked him up the weeds in his outdoor enclosure were taller then the fencing. No food or water was present and Jerry was visibly nervous and untrusting.
Jerry took to us right away and was happy to have a car ride to freedom.
Jerrys body condition has improved dramatically. His weight is finally where it needs to be and his coat is gorgeous.

He has turned around and both trusts and loves people. He is friendly and happy. He loves to play outside and with other dogs, however he is a fence climber and he will wander so it is imperative that he always be on a leash or watched closely.

The vet commented about how much calmer and confident he was the second time he visited.
Jerry rides great in the car, he dosent mind grooming or toenail trimming. He is both crate trained and potty trained. He will need some help with leash manners.

He is up to date on shots, neutered and microchipped. He tested positive for lyme disease but was treated with medication and is very healthy.
