Dolly came to us from a shelter less than 24 hours after giving birth. She was an owner surrender. Since arriving to her foster home she has been a wonderful momma to her babies and super loving and affectionate. Likes: Attention! Toys! Treats! Bones! People! Dislikes: Kitty cats Personality: SWEET as sugar! She adores being loved on. Temperament: Dolly takes her medicine in a scoop of all natural peanut butter or Freshpet. She lets her foster mom clip her nails and brush her with no issues. Energy level: medium. She would love daily walks and exercise but is not super high energy Favorite activities: (swimming, playing fetch, walks, playing with other dogs, etc) Dolly is a digger! She loves her outside time and enjoys walks. Good with cats, dogs, and kids over 6?: Dolly is not a fan of cats (prey drive) and would prefer a home with older children. Fast movements of younger kids make her uncomfortable. Dolly was tested with a 7month old mastiff male and did well. Not good with: CATS, kids make her nervous Housetrained: Yes Crate trained: Dolly currently sleeps on her bed in the puppy pen (surrounded by an expen). She would probably have no issues being crated but is also not destructive when left out Challenges: So far Dolly presents no challenges Any Medical issues? Dolly will need to be spayed once her babies have been weaned. She will be available mid-October What would be the best kind of home? Dolly would love a cat-free, kid-free home where she can be doted on. She would enjoy a fenced in yard but would also be happy with leash walks. Due to her breed and high prey drive she will not be a candidate for an invisible fence
