Likes: Getting scratched on his behind and frequent kisses Dislikes: Nothing known yet Personality: 100% pure goofball Temperament: Patrick lets his foster mom clean his ears, clip his nails, and is wonderful in the bath! Energy level: High! This pup has energy for days and gets bored if he is not actively exercised. He needs more activity than the an English Mastiff would. If you’re looking for a couch potato, he is not a good fit Favorite activities: Toys! Playing! Dogs! People! Good with cats, dogs, and kids over 6?: good with dogs and kids over 6. Not a fan of cats Not good with: Patrick met a cat and raised his hackles. He then growled and tried to chase it. Housetrained: Not yet Crate trained: He is excellent in the crate! He will go in there on his own when he gets tired Any Medical issues? Patrick came to us with a broken leg. His leg has healed but his one leg is shorter than another which could lead to possible issues down the line. Challenges: Patrick will need to attend formal obedience training to continue his training and socialization. He will need to have limiting jumping as he grows. What would be the best kind of home?Right now, Patrick acts like a normal puppy without limitations. However, only time will tell if his uneven hind legs will lead to future complications. Patrick’s adopters must have the means and veterinary services available if he does need future care. Fostered in South Williamsport, PA.
