Boerboel Mastiff : : Male
Yogi is a happy, healthy 137lb mastiff that came to foster care all the way from Michigan. Yogi settled in quickly after a long trip and made himself right at home. Yogi was immediately neutered and has now completely healed and is looking for a forever family. Likes: He loves to be out in the yard and has started engaging in and initiating play. Personality: Yogi can be shy when you first meet him but given a chance he warms up quickly.
Temperament: He loves ear rubs and to be scratched all over. He even rolls over for belly rubs. He allowed his foster to take care of his incision while it was healing. Good with cats, dogs, and kids over 6?: He is good with other dogs and enjoys thier company. He loves to stop and stare at cats but has never gone after them or chased them and does not appear to be aggressive at all towards them. Engery Level: His energy level is low to medium. Being a large dog, he has bursts of energy but tucker's out quickly on warmer days. Housetrained/Crate trained: Yogi is potty trained. He has not been placed in a crate but does well in a gated area alone while at work. Challenges: He enjoys going on walks and although he is extremely strong hes learning how not to pull.
