Boerboel Mastiff (short coat) : : Female (spayed)
Loralie, aka big Mama, is such a sweet girl. With her former life fully in the rearview, she is experiencing new ways to be a dog. Still unsure of new things and people, her curious nature will start to peak through. She understands basic commands come, sit and lay. She has been excellent in the house, with no accidents. Loves car rides and walks. She is just content to lay on the bed next to you or at your feet when on the couch. She does snore rather loudly, but hey, who doesn't? She is a big cuddly bear. She has had little experience with play and toys. She likes to run and chase but makes aggressive noises that freak the other dogs out. I don't believe they are aggressive, just out of tune for the other dogs liking. She has seen and sniffed the guinea pig cage but has not bothered it. Not sure about cats but doesn't mind squirrels. She is a big girl and is still coming up to ideal weight. She will be a great loving pet. Fostered in Waldorf, MD.
