Jewel is a beautiful girl. She still looks and acts like a puppy. She is excellent in a crate, never has accidents in it. She is housebroken but needs to be on a regular schedule and supervised. She is doing excellent on a leash, knows sit, off and no. She is living with a cat 2 other dogs and 2 parrots. She shows no aggression but needs supervision around treats and toys as most dogs do. She doesn't chew anything but her toys but again she is supervised at all times. She is very loving and follows me everywhere. She does have bursts of energy and runs laps around the yard.. she is very food oriented and loves to eat. She is learning everyday and a very sweet girl. Jewel is a youngster that has not yet had a chance. She has been abused and is learning to walk on a leash instead of crawling. She is very submissive and loving. She needs a home with patience and love to spare! Gets along with other dogs and loves people in spite of her previous treatment. Adoption Donations and Rescue Policy: Please know that 100% of our funds are used for vetting the dogs. Our rescue policy requires the following: *All references must be checked before any visitation of the dog is permitted at the foster home. *A visit to the applicant's home when all members are present. *Homes with small children must have a fenced yard. *Any dog(s) in the applicant's home must have an introductory meeting with the rescue dog being applied for before any adoption can be completed.
